Of Adam Lambert, Materialistic Inputs and International Baccalaureate

I have been an Adam Lambert fan since Day One when he auditioned for American Idol Season 8. He sang 'Bohemian Rhapsody', and I was like, "This guy is interesting,". He's got the theatrical side, which is good, y'know what I'm saying. Hehe. Despite his sexual preferences, I still think he is awesome. And I think he's hot.

The reason I mentioned Adam Lambert is because last Saturday, I had a dream about him! That was quite interesting and fun. Adam Lambert is my best friend in this dream. We talked like BFF and he is a real nice guy. Someone I can talk to. At least, in my dream. Lol. Furthermore, he is even hotter in my dream. Such mysterious figure. I recall him not having that much eye makeup in my dream. Haha.

While Google-ing for pictures of Lambert, I came across a few frenchin' Lambert. And I was like, "Lucky guy. I'm sure Adam Lambert is a great frencher," *winks*

Anyways, enough about the American Idol Runner-Up, I wanna rant about some dissatisfactions and rants of mine.

Logged in to Facebook today. Saw alot of Prom pictures. All those pictures lah! I won't pay money to go to that kinda thing. Ain't worth my dough spend! So anyways, heard the Prom sucked. All gone wrong lah. Haha. Speaking about Prom, I feel like getting the whole season of 90210. Prom and dresses. I have an illustration in my head of my dream Prom dress. It's white. Teehee. But I think it's pretty hard to get. Not something ordinary, y'know. Haha.

Today Monday's assembly was quite long, eventhough Pn Loh isn't present. Hmm. And we were told that we are having another one of those Saturday Schooling Sessions this Saturday. And we will be having Moral test. I was like WTF. These marks shall add to what? As for Form Fives, we only have our Trials left. I doubt these marks will be added into Trials marks. It's abit absurd. I feel like ditching school on that day.

I am fine with the way I am. I'm talking about physical outlook. And the way I dress and stuff. I am not pleased when someone makes a remark on those following or insinuate something similar. Well to me, it's as though I have some sort of physical defect or no-sense of fashion, style, whatever. Call me a nerd, short, plain Jane (this is not so bad actually) or whatever, I am proud of the way I am. To many, it's no big deal. Nevertheless, these remarks are hurting to me. Plus I'm such an emotional wreck. Even the tiniest ad-libs can scar me for a time long enough for many unhealthy habits to take place. Hmmm, sounds so wrong.

Anyways, I was talking to Krity today about post-SPM paths etc. She is most probably taking IB, an acronym for International Baccalaureate. It is another foundation programme. Many may have not heard of it. It isn't as popular as A-Levels. I think it's similar. What is attractive about IB is the fact that the students are required to do 150 hours of community and social work, other than the written test. I believe that this foundation programme is the most effective out of the other choices. You will have more exposure to the reality. The outside world! The world beyond our miserable classrooms! Book smart people, I doubt is suitable for IB. IB is for people with critical minds, and people with the actual intelligence. Those who practises rote learning is to stay away from IB. Hahahaha. If I had the chance to choose what I want to do after Form Five, I would love to go take IB. However, I think I would most probably go for Form Six. Like 90% chance. Despite what others say, I think there would be some good out of it.
